Today's Food Intake Diary

I am documenting what I am eating because I feel like I'm not eating much.
But, if I can't lose weight and I'm gaining, I must be eating a lot.

So, here it goes.

Breakfast:
1/4 c. of white rice
1/4 c. of beans and hot dog soup

snack:
grilled cheese sandwich
2 eggs

lunch:  
1/2 a serving of saimin noodles garnished with 4 pieces of sliced char siu

snacks:  
1 good news candy bar
1 cracker-n-cheez dip (small)
1 mini orange
1 apple

OMG!!!! I'm still hungry and I totally crave sweets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't think I'll ever win this battle.
I haven't eaten anything healthy except for the orange and apple.

Dinner:  1 bowl of special K cereal



People Helping People PHP EPX Works

I wonder if they've smoothed out all the kinks with their PHP program?  I was with the initial stage when getting leads was not being fulfilled and leads we got sucked.  They didn't even want to be part of a business, they just wanted to get a FREE sampling of the product.

So, I still love EPX's products.  They have a really great vitamin source that is the most affordable of all the other one's I've tried before.  It takes a little getting used to, but getting the vitamins in my body is all I care about.  At this point, I've run out and I am feeling so sluggish every afternoon, I am craving some healthy vitamins into my body.

No one eats enough veggies and fruits to get the vitamins we need each day to function.  Taking supplements is my only way to get what I need.
